ZAMBIA VISA SERVICE

ZTT will take your personal details and travel dates, and we will issue you a visa invitation letter, instructions, and paperwork. Upon receipt of our material, you will take it to the nearest embassy, along with your passport and 4 passport photos, for processing. The rest of the requirements such as flight tickets, passport, and hotels and such that an embassy may require is easily gathered with our guidance or on your own.
(For All Land Crossings and Airports, Mainland Zambia, Chobe, and others)

*Processing fee will apply, after sending out your requirements we will be sending you the full expenses for this. 

**Please note that normal letters take up to 3 weeks. Single, Double and Multiple Entry visas shall be valid for ninety (90) days from the date of the first issuance, with the exception of nationals from the United States of America, whose Multiple Entry Visas have a validity of three (3) years, on a mutually agreed reciprocal basis.

***We will start the application for the invitation letter on the next business day upon receiving all the required information. Please have your route and plans and itinerary ready, and inquire about anything you need or is missing to complete your trip.

****Rejected visa applications at the discretion of the embassy are non-refundable. You must still pay their fees and respect their decisions, and admittance and granting of visas are still at their discretion and your truthful submission of accurate documents in a timely manner. The preparations of an LOI require significant staff man-hours and expense, and we do not give refunds for changes of mind, date, or rejection. You are also recommended to have travel insurance for Angola.
