2-Day Hingol National Park and Beaches Excursion from Karachi

Spend 2 days in paradise on this 2-day tour of Hingol National Park, the biggest national park in Pakistan. Covering an area of about 6100 square kilometers, this park located in the province of Balochistan is bordered by a dense forest to the north, a barren mountain range to the south, and the Hangul River tributary which is home to thousands of migratory birds and swamp crocodiles. Teeming with wildlife, mud volcanoes, and enchanting rock formations, Hingol National Park is a paradise for nature lovers and adventure seekers.

Day 1: Karachi - Hingol National Park - Kund Malir Beach

Depart from Karachi at noon and enjoy some mouthwatering chicken karrhai at Delhi Muslim Restaurant. Proceed to Makran Coastal Highway and the stupendous Buzi Pass where you'll feel like you are on the moon with the area's breathtaking lunar-like landscape. See dramatic rock formations up close, including an imposing one resembling the Sphinx of Giza. You'll also see a mud volcano, the only one in South Asia and the highest located mud volcano in the world. You will also stop by a rock formation in the shape of a human being known as the Princess of Hope, a perfect place to spend the afternoon and witness the glorious sun setting over the horizon and bizarre rock formations. Head to Kund Malir Beach in the evening and spend the night at the beach resort.

Day 2: Kund Malir Beach - Ormara Beach - Karachi

Wake up to the sound of the waves crashing into the shore then enjoy a peaceful morning by the ocean as the sun rises. After breakfast, continue your journey 110 km west through stunning coastlines on one side and mountains and deserts on the other. Arrive at Ormara Beach, known for its 10km stretch of clean, sandy beach. This strip of land is usually deserted, making it a perfect (and largest) turtle nesting site along the coast of Pakistan. Enjoy some free time, savor some local dishes at the beach restaurant for lunch, then board the tour vehicle that will take you back to Karachi. Tea and refreshments stop will be made along the way.
