Spirit School at Earp Distilling Co.

Our Spirit School is our ultimate experience - providing you with a hands on, interactive session where you become head distiller for the day!

• education on the history and process of distilling

• botanicals from our wide selection from both Australian and international sources

• instruction on how to distill your spirit using our innovative miniature stills

• guidance in the mixing of 'cuts' to form a finished spirit

• hand filled and labeled ceramic bottles of your bespoke spirit

If you wish to purchase food or drinks during Spirit School, our friendly bar staff will be there to help. 

Please Note:

Twin Ticket includes two people sharing a still and will take home 1 x 500ml bottle each of their creation

Triple Ticket includes three people sharing a still and will take home 1 x 500ml bottle each (must be at 42% ABV)

We require at least 3 tickets purchased to run the school. 

We kindly ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your class.

Booking Terms

*The Earp Distilling Co. team is here to help as much as possible. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, we will happily accommodate this up to 7 days before your booking. Please note that within 7 days of your scheduled booking, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations. Rescheduling requests within this time frame will incur a rescheduling fee of $50 per person. No-shows will not be charged an additional no-show fee, but we will retain full payment as compensation.

*We reserve the right to refuse entry, service, or ask you to leave for any behavior deemed anti-social or that contravenes the Responsible Service of Alcohol. We abide by the Responsible Service of Alcohol at all times across all parts of our venue.

*Participants must be over the age of 18 years, and accompanying minors are not permitted.

*Tickets will be supplied as a confirmation email, which includes a QR code. This QR code must be presented upon arrival to check you in for the experience.
