Pointe Denis Quad and Buggy Off-Road Adventure

Discover the thrill of off-road riding on this quad or buggy adventure in Pointe-Denis. Located just about a 15-minute boat ride from the busy Libreville life, you'll find yourself instantly relaxing as you step foot on the sandy beach of Pointe-Denis. This seaside resort is relatively untouched and tucked away on a peninsula between the Atlantic Ocean and the Gabon Estuary near Pongara National Park.

Aside from its natural beauty, Pointe Denis is also a major breeding ground for the leatherback turtle. In addition to the turtles, wildebeest are also found in the area, as well as a diverse population of monkeys, birds, snakes and other reptiles. During your adventure, you'll most likely spot some of them if you stay on the dirt tracks which run through the area. 

Our vehicles are brand new and well-maintained so maneuvering through the tracks should be easy and smooth. But please make sure to make the adventure safe and fun for everyone, even for the well-loved and preserved wildlife of Gabon, by being respectful and keeping your distance from them.

Please Note

• The leatherback turtle population in Pointe Denis has been linked to nests being destroyed unintentionally by visitors who drive vehicles on the beach. Please make sure to drive responsibly and follow the tracks as directed by the guides.
• For a single person, it’s best to use a quad bike and for groups from two to six persons, we advise you to take a buggy. 
  
• Please notify us of the group size and additional needs (if there are any) so we can customize and assist you accordingly.
• We need to have at least three vehicles participating on the day for the buggy/quad bike adventure to run.
