This activity requires a minimum of 10 passengers.  If you are booking your sunset cruise within two days of your cruise departure and you have less than the minimum required passengers, please contact us by phone @ (305) 424-1474  between the hours of 9AM & 6PM.  We can give you an update as to the number of passengers and we can get to work to try to fulfill the minimum requirement.

REFUND POLICY

We refund 100% of your money if:

*51% chance of rain or more (Average during your rental period)
based on Miami Beach as location.
*Winds 21 mph or higher on the day of the rental.
*In any other case or situation it will require both parties to agree on a fair term.

 According to bareboat charter operations, we have to give you options for captains and once you select the captain, YOU the "CHARTERER" (person who rents the boat) is responsible for paying the captain fee separately from the SAILO.

*The captain fee is NOT Included in the description.

*That is paid the day of the trip.

*The minimum rental is 4 hours.

*It is important to remember that the price of tip is not included in your offer, and must be paid the same day of your trip before boarding.
