REFUND POLICY

We refund 100% of your money if:

*51% chance of rain or more (average during your rental period) based on Miami Beach as a location.
*Winds 21 mph or more on the day of the rental.
*In any other case or situation that requires both parties to agree on a fair term.

- As per our bareboat charter procedures, we're required to provide you with captain options. Once you've chosen a captain, it's your responsibility as the "Charterer" (the person renting the boat) to cover the captain's fee separately from the sailor's fee.

* Billed total must be paid on the day of the trip.

* Minimum rental must be at least 4 hours.

* It is important to remember that the price of the tip is not included in your offer and must be paid the same day of your trip before boarding.

*Captains receive Zelle, (Venmo, Cash App at 4%) or cash, credit cards also accepted at 4%
