Vietnamese & Thai Essentials Cooking Hamper | Four Dishes with Video Class
- Duration: 90 Minutes (approx.)

This is the food at the heart of Otao, packed into a box. Inside are the sauces and spice blends that take years to get right, so all you need is a trip to the shops for fresh herbs and protein.
Slow-braise a fragrant Vietnamese beef stew, shred a green papaya salad with our julienne mandoline and dress it with nước chấm. Then head to Thailand for a green curry from our house-made paste and a pad Thai with our tamarind sauce.
